Programme Content
Workshop 9 is a five-day programme featuring a comprehensive curriculum structured around two main modules.
Module 1: The Fundamental Problem of Knowledge and Education
This module explores the core challenges of the modern understanding of knowledge, including the separation of creation from the Creator. Topics include the “why, what, and how” dimensions of 5D Thinking, reading the signs within the universe, contemplation on the Divine Names, and perceiving beauty in creation.
Module 2: Worldview – Its Formation, Significance, and Types
The second module examines the foundational pillars of secular thought; nature, causality, and chance, along with the formation of worldviews and their relationship with education. It also offers a comparative analysis of Tawhidic (God-centred) and secular worldviews, alongside transformative teaching approaches grounded in the 5D Thinking Model.

Supplementary Sessions and Practical Applications
In addition to the core modules, the programme includes supplementary sessions on the following topics:
Secularism in textbooks
De-secularising the butterfly
Analogical thinking in the Qur’an
Moral and character education
5D thematic frameworks and 5D topic writing
Qur’anic contemplation (tafakkur)

Assessment and Evaluation
Participants will be assessed throughout the workshop through five quizzes, five reading assignments, and group presentations. The group presentations are designed to foster collaborative learning and enable participants to experience the 5D Thinking approach in practice.
Focusing on meaning, values, and holistic integration in education, this workshop aims to provide a strong intellectual and pedagogical foundation for teachers, academics, and all professionals working in the field of education.
