Bridge of Knowledge Between Turkey and Colombia: Strategic Cooperation from İİKV and the Islamic Committee of Colombia

ISTANBUL / BOGOTA – The Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture (İİKV) and the Islamic Committee of Colombia (Comité Islámico de Colombia) have signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) envisioning cooperation in academic, scientific, and cultural fields. The agreement aims to take education and the exchange of ideas between South America and Turkey to a new level.

Within the scope of the signed protocol, both institutions will act together in vital areas such as the sharing of academic materials, the exchange of faculty members and researchers, joint research projects, and professional development programs. The agreement also paves the way for the mutual interaction of young generations through opportunities like student mobility and credit transfer.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Said Yüce, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture, drew attention to the importance of the cooperation and noted the following:
