New Issue of Katre International Journal of Human Studies Released

ISTANBUL –  July 1, 2026 The latest issue of the Katre International Journal of Human Studies, published by the Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture (İİKV), has been released. The new issue, designated as Volume 11, Issue 21, was made available on DergiPark on June 30, 2026. This edition features four research articles.

Published biannually in June and December, Katre aims to share original academic research in the fields of social sciences, humanities, and religious studies. The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for scientific research focused on humanity, existence, Islamic thought, and the intellectual challenges of the modern world.
The new issue includes the following articles:
 "Said Nursi’s Perspective on Natural Sciences in the Context of Islamization of Knowledge" by Ali Bakkal,
 "Bediuzzaman Said Nursi’s Discourse on Bodily Resurrection in Islam" by Md Abdullah Al Mahmud,
 "The 'Strange' (Garip) Side of Orhan Veli’s Poetry: Humor and Irony" by Muhammed Yakupi,
 "The Unmeasurable Human: Existential Void in the World Bank Model" by Özlem Küçük.
With this latest release, Katre continues to contribute to academic discourse on a diverse range of topics, spanning from the thought of Said Nursi and Islamic sciences to literature and the existential issues of modern humanity.
